Happy Life Adult Day Health Care

Happy Life Adult Day Health Care Center (ADHC/CBAS) Program is a licensed community-based day health program that provides services to older persons and adults with chronic medical, cognitive, or mental health conditions and/or disabilities that are at risk of needing institutional care. Our primary objective is to: Restore or maintain optimal capacity for self-care to frail elderly persons or adults.

Happy LifeADHC is a community based program providing a variety of medical, therapeutic, rehabilitative programs, recreational programs and services for the frail and elderly. Our center offers a full range of structured services including nursing care, social and recreational activities, exercise program and a range of rehabilitation programs that include physical, occupational and speech therapist. Our Operations Manager, Program Director and expert staff are dedicated to provide the best in health, activity

Eligibility

Any individual who has difficulties managing their daily living activities is eligible for enrollment. Typically, ADHCs focuses on the elderly, but, anyone over the age of 18 is eligible for this service. For those individuals who do not require some level of medical assistance, but still require supervision and are in need of structured activities, will also be able to take advantage of our adult day services.
